Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (cookvision GmbH, Schallbruch 16, 42781 Haan, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)2129 342 349-0, Fax: +49 (0)2129 342 349- 91, e-mail: hello@cookvision.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, which must be delivered immediately and at the time indicated be refunded). at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline has been met if you ship the goods before the 30-day deadline has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is the result of treatment other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of concluding the agreement and whose only residential and delivery address at the time of concluding the agreement is outside the European Union.
1) Prevent damage and contamination of the product. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage paid.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1- 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
